Over the past few years, we have managed nearly 100+ meetings and events for 7 clients, nationwide.
Deborah (Debbie) Kay Reece is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) with more than 15 years of experience as an association executive servicing approximately 10 associations throughout her career. She is Owner and President of DLK Marketing and Events, LLC, established in 2008. Her major accomplishments are in association management, event architecture, marketing, social media, sponsorship, contract negotiation, strategic planning, and technology.
Debbie is a part of a local company owner group that supports small independent planners when they need back-up and/or meeting support with knowledgeable staff.
DLK Marketing and Events will be your headquarters to provide solutions to your board through strategic vision and leadership, strong knowledge of financial management, program planning, and creative ideas.
We are not afraid of technology and understand multiple association management systems, databases, website content managers, and more. We also have connections to AV companies, event app organizations, and production teams.
Our goal is to maintain the highest operational standards while managing the organization through the transition and to address challenging situations quickly. We will uncover the most pressing issues and then look at the operational improvements that must be addressed to bring everything in line. As we manage the transition, we ensure that the board continues to do the work of the board, not getting diverted into operations.
